Great service for your first dive

Our Try Scuba Diving or Discover Scuba Diving try dive program is usually with max. two participants to one professional instead of 4 to 1 in most dive schools. So if you are a couple, it is virtually a private course just for you and you can take all at your own pace. We find most people like the extra comfort of personal supervision during their first scuba experience and therefore enjoy the dive even more.

Great service for your next dives too

Whenever possible we try and keep dive groups for open water certified divers/divers with limited experience to small groups.

Our boats

Our boats or “dhonis” in Dhivehi are fast enough to allow us to reach more than 30 spectacular local dive sites in an average boat ride of just 15 minutes and to take us comfortably on exciting half day and full day safaris in Ari atoll. The dive boat is an important part of your diving experience and your comfort and convenience on all diving trips is assured with our 15 meter, purpose–built, modern, fiberglass diving dhonis equipped with freshwater shower, toilet and DAN twin cylinder oxygen and First Aid kits.

We also provide towels on all dives, on half day trips breakfast, fruits and coffee/tea are available too.

Our dive equipment

We mainly use Scubapro dive equipment which is serviced annually or replaced. Our dive computers are Suunto, our cylinders Luxfer, while our compressors are Bauer and Atlas Copco for nitrox.

A full equipment rental set includes, BCD jacket, Regulator set, Dive computer, 2,5mm shorty wetsuit, mask fins and snorkel, plus weightbelt and weight.

Safety

Naturally, your safety while enjoying your diving with us is paramount. Our safety system focuses on the prevention of any incident and we promote sensible practices to minimize potential problems. We encourage all divers to make the small investment to become nitrox certified. Nevertheless in the rare event an emergency situation should arise, we have the procedures, equipment (including a resort doctor) and training to provide an immediate response and facilitate a favorable resolution.
